Kayaking Resources
Competitive flatwater kayaking is a watersport performed on calm water in vessels that are hydrodynamically designed to go as fast as the skill of the paddler will permit. While the sport itself is very popular in Europe, it has yet to acquire the same audience in the United States. Things are changing, however, and with each day the sport becomes more and more popular.

Some of the best paddlers in the country reside and train here in Georgia, and GTKayak's very own founder, Ty Hagler, is currently training for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

Making the resources for flatwater kayaking available for everyone to access is a large responsibility and one that should continue the growth of the sport.

Listed below are some of GTKayak's favorite resources on the web.
